Luxurious amenities and exceptional service made for an enjoyable stay at this venue. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with courteous staff who went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. the Spa & wellness centre boasted a variety of treatments, and the massage I received was top-notch. the indoor pool was heated and the sauna was relaxing. the restaurant featured enticing meals and room service breakfast was divine, served right to my exclusive room accommodations.

The only small downside was the lack of bedside plugs, which made it challenging to charge electronics next to the bed. this hotel exceeded my expectations and offered a luxurious experience.

This hotel is a luxurious hidden gem with exclusive amenities and great service. the indoor swimming pool and sauna are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. the spa centre offers an incredible range of massages including full body and back massages. the room advantages are exquisite, with in-room breakfast offered and a private outdoor dining area available.

We experienced a minor issue with the air conditioning being ineffective and requiring multiple visits from the technician. the bar/lounge area had a lack of atmosphere and could benefit from more lively entertainment.

The hotel is conveniently located in a business area, close to shops and easily accessible by Metro. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a great view of Lisbon. The bathroom is spacious and well-maintained. The service at reception is excellent. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel has a rooftop bar, a sauna/gym area, and a VIP lounge with free non-alcoholic drinks.

The staff at the cafe were unfriendly and charged 5 Euros for bread.

The hotel offered great amenities, including a beautiful rooftop bar and a spa area for relaxation. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay a pleasant experience. the location was ideal, with a shopping center nearby and easy access to transportation.

the carpets in the hallways and rooms were stained, which gave a slightly neglected feel to the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Amoreiras shopping center. The breakfast was amazing with many local dishes. The rooms were large and comfortable with great views of the avenue.

The disappointment of the Spa area being closed during our stay.

We loved the spacious room, complete with an ironing table and Nespresso machine. The staff was helpful and had big smiles, particularly the spa staff who provided a great detox experience after a day of touring. The breakfast was lovely, with friendly and attentive staff, giving us a wonderful start to the day. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot or by public transportation. Plus, we had easy access to a local tourist attraction and a supermarket.

We had a truly enjoyable stay at this classy hotel! The lobby was spacious and welcoming, with plenty of comfortable seating. Our room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. We slept soundly with no noise disturbance. The buffet breakfast had a wide variety of options and catered to different tastes. The VIP lounge on the 19th floor offered complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and stunning city views. The staff, especially the breakfast servers, were friendly and professional. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel. I had a great experience.

As youngsters, we loved the hotel's stylish and chic appearance, along with its spacious rooms and comfy beds. The staff was friendly and approachable, speaking English, French, and Portuguese. The food was fresh, tasty, and of a good standard. The spa was clean and provided a wonderful treat for a lazy afternoon. We were even treated to a bottle of Portwine and cakes in our room upon arrival, as well as chocolates each day. The hotel also generously acknowledged my birthday with a chocolate cake and a bottle of champagne. We also received an upgrade to a beautiful room with a fabulous view of the city and complimentary use of the VIP lounge. the hotel provided a great experience with its location, comfortable amenities, and friendly staff.

The hotel had a charming old-world feel with modern facilities and a beautiful property. the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The bathroom sink didn't drain properly and there was a lack of pillow choice, as they were too hard. Additionally, the hotel's location in a business district made it feel more like a work trip than a holiday.
